Established in 1742, Tyrone Farm is a beautiful 170-acre estate and a family-operated facility. In order to create a special and intimate occasion, we only host one wedding per weekend.

Tyrone Farm, in Connecticut's "Quiet Corner", is central to all of Southern New England's major metropolitan areas. Also known as "The Last Green Valley", this area is 70% forest and farmland, yet we are located only an hour from three of New England's largest urban areas.

We are committed to preserving this farm for future generations and endeavor to create lasting memories for those who choose to spend their wedding day here.

SOLAR POWER

Tyrone Farm has invested in solar power. Our photovoltaic system became operational in June 2008 and provides the majority of our electricity needs.

OPEN SPACES

Most of Tyrone Farm's land is open space, primarily woods and fields. This land is recognized by the State of Connecticut and the USDA as prime agricultural land, and much of it is currently used for agricultural purposes. In 2012, most of the land was placed in a conservation easement. This land will remain open in perpetuity.
